A short film hosted by Oscar-nominated actress Gabourey Sidibe ("Precious"), "Community Access: Lives Made Possible" features the personal stories of New Yorkers who have overcome mental health struggles, trauma, homelessness, and other life obstacles to achieve independence and reclaim their lives.
